Responsibilities:
• Maintain a safe, friendly, and clean work environment.
• Perform all Attendant and Lifeguard duties, meeting Jeff Ellis & Associates and Six Flags standards.
• Ensure Slide Attendants and Lifeguards are performing duties correctly and adhering to all Six Flags and Ellis & Associates policies and standards.
• Professional Guests and Team Member interaction to assist with problems and to inform of and enforce park policies.
• Coordinate and organize work assignments, breaks, and rotations for Slide Attendants and Lifeguards.
• Complete reports, such as rotation grids, turnstile reports, maintenance reports, training records, and other documents as necessary.
• Perform daily safety inspections on the attractions.
• Train Slide Attendants and Lifeguards on attraction operating procedures.
• Must attend 4 hours of In-Service training each month.
• Evaluate the performance of Slide Attendants and Lifeguards.
• Perform other duties deemed necessary by management.
Qualifications:
• Minimum Age: 16
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Must be able to obtain a Jeff Ellis & Associates ILTP Special Facilities License.
• Must be able to push, pull, or drag at least 50 pounds.
• Must be able to lift and carry at least 25 pounds.
• Available to work a varied schedule to include at least 4 shifts per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude
• Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others

After completing our comprehensive training, you will be fully prepared to respond to emergencies, uphold safety regulations, and provide amazing guest experiences.
