Working at Cedar Point
Cedar Point comes alive every season, and the team behind it makes it happen. If you're looking for a job with real energy, great people, and a place millions travel to every year, this is it. We hire thousands of team members each season from across the country and around the world. Whether it’s your first job or your fifth summer back, you’ll find something fast-paced, hands-on, and actually fun to be part of.
Teams that keep things moving
No two days here look the same. Guest volume shifts, weather changes, and special events keep things interesting.
You’ll work with teammates across the park, help guests, and pick things up as you go - with support from your team every step of the way. You’re not just showing up, you’re part of what makes the day fun for everyone.
Teamwork and communication are a big part of the job, and you’ll never be doing it alone. When things get busy, your team is right there with you.
How scheduling works
Cedar Point is busiest from late May through Labor Day, and that’s when we need the most support because we are a seasonally run business.
Schedules are built around park demand and the availability you share during hiring. Being flexible, especially nights, weekends, and events - means more chances to work and earn.
Skills you can use later
You’ll leave with more than a paycheck. You’ll learn how to work with different people, manage your time, and handle real-world situations—all skills that carry into future jobs, school, or whatever’s next.
Training is clear and structured, so you’ll know what to expect before your first shift. You won’t be left figuring it out on your own.
Why people come back
A lot of team members return every season - and it’s not just for the job. It’s the people, the friendships, and the shared experience of getting through busy days and big moments together. That kind of environment sticks with you.
Returning team members bring experience and energy, and new hires quickly become part of it!
