- Work with Manager, Corporate and Internal partners planning and executing all creative services for events and programs
- Assist with planning, budgeting, purchasing and reporting as needed
- Oversee design team and technical team to ensure all plans are within budget and executed effectively
- Responsible to hire, train, and supervisor all staff in assigned area
- Ensure proper adherence to all current departmental procedures and to all current Occupational Health and Safety Act regulations
- Responsible for the set-up, execution/operation, and strike of events within the park
- Assist in obtaining and maintaining all departmental resources and facilities
- Delegate, implement and document all new projects as assigned

Qualifications:
- You!
- Candidates that have a post-secondary degree or diploma in technical theatre with major studies in technical direction and/or significant experience in a related technical field
- Knowledge of design, carpentry, audio, lighting, video, and staging equipment required
- Advanced computer literacy is required
- Competency with tools and equipment
- Previous management experience is required
- Candidates with a valid Ontario Driver’s license (class G/G2) with a clean abstract
- Individuals that are able to provide their own CSA approved safety footwear
- Availability that includes working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekend and holidays
