$18.00 / hour

The starting wage for this position is $18/ hour. Wages may vary depending on experience. Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years for this position.

You’ll also…

  • Perform minor maintenance and repair, as required
  • Check for proper oil levels in gear boxes, hydraulic units, checking air pressure on tires/rafts and checking pipes/hoses for leakage
  • Perform work in machine shop and troubleshoot equipment
  • Clean and lubricate ride equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance schedules on designated rides
  • Have other opportunities to learn and expand knowledge

Qualifications:
  • You!
  • Candidates that are currently enrolled in or graduate of a Mechanical Engineering, Trades or related post-secondary program or equivalent experience
  • Individuals that have good basic knowledge of hand tools, machine shop, precision measurement and hydraulics
  • People that are able to work independently and troubleshoot equipment
  • Individuals that have a reliable source of transportation, outside of public transit
  • Candidates with a valid Ontario Driver’s license (class G/G2) with a clean abstract
  • Individuals that are able to provide their own CSA approved safety footwear
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, on weekends, and holidays
