- Maintain and repair all, restaurant and food related equipment, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and associated controls.
- Assist licensed trade members in the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Department.
- Be responsible for the condition of assigned area/equipment.
- May monitor and inspect plant equipment and systems for normal operation.
- May diagnose and troubleshoot various equipment faults.
- Have other opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge.

Qualifications:
- You!
- Individuals enrolled in or a graduate from an HVAC related program
- Candidates that have a natural gas pipe fitter (G3) certification
- Someone who is mechanically inclined and adept at equipment repair and troubleshooting
- Individuals who are comfortable with heights and ladder work
- Candidates that have a valid Ontario’s driver’s license (G/G2) with a clean abstract
- Individuals that are able to provide their own CSA approved safety footwear
- People that have an understanding of standard practices, refrigeration and building control systems and relevant codes (an asset)
- Previous experience with hand power tools and test equipment (an asset)
- Availability that includes working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays and able to work shifts that start at 6am
