Games Leadership Positions

$17.75 - $22.00 / hour

This is a vacant position. Candidates must be a minimum age of 18 years.

• Team Lead
• Supervisor
• Area Supervisor
• Operations Supervisor

• Supervise multiple game locations and front-line associates.
• Drive revenues and monitor games trends to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain prizes display/presentation of games locations.
• Participate in the hiring, training, developing, scheduling, motivation, support, and performance management of associates.
• Reorder products, ensure inventory levels are maintained and perform inventory management duties.
• Address and rectify guest complaints/concerns.

• Previous experience working as Merchandise Sales Associate at Canada’s Wonderland (preferred). 
• Excellent communication skills and math skills. 
• Someone who loves helping others and support the needs of guests and employees.
• Someone who is cheerful and has a courteous manner with a natural smile.

• Availability that includes working flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
