- Assist the Purchasing Manager and Executive Chef in purchasing food products
- Coordinate with Area Managers to ensure all orders from restaurants are placed on time
- Create and send purchase orders to vendors before the order cut-off times on a daily basis
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Area Supervisor to confirm all product orders are received
- Assist with completing and analyzing weekly and monthly inventory of assigned locations
- Coordinate with the Food & Beverage Analyst to ensure accurate reporting
- Liaise with vendors including coordinating the pick-up of year-end returns
- Additional duties as outlined by the Executive Chef and the Director of Food & Beverage

Qualifications:
- You!
- Candidates that are a minimum 18 years of age
- Previous experience with high volume, ordering, inventory, and working in a warehouse environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Individuals with the ability to work independently, are detail oriented, and have strong organizational skills
- Candidates that have good communication skills
- Current Smart Serve certification is required
- Individuals that are able to provide their own CSA approved safety footwear
- Availability that includes working flexible shifts and full-time hours from April to November
