- Wash and sanitize all dishes from the Restaurant
- Maintain the kitchen, equipment, and surrounding work area in a clean, safe manner
- Assist in other areas of the kitchen as required
- Assist with other duties as required

Qualifications:
- Minimum 16 years of age
- Previous experience in a high volume restaurant kitchen environment is an asset
- Knowledge of kitchen cleaning chemicals is an asset
- Some knowledge operating a variety of kitchen equipment is an asset
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to lift 30 lbs.
- Candidates with full-time availability to work felxible shifts on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays during Spring & Summer
