• Maintain performance standards at the highest level
• Take proper care of each assigned character costume and props (where applicable) to ensure that they have the best possible appearance
• Maintain a positive rapport with guests and employees at all times
• Participate daily in physical warm-ups 
• Ensure that all safety standards and practices are met

• You!
• Individuals who are between 4’8” and 5’2” in height
• Previous dance and performance experience
• Candidates that are able to perform energetic dance choreography outside in a variety of weather conditions wearing a costume
• High level of performance to ensure a positive guest experience
• Someone who is able to work outside in a variety of weather conditions while wearing a costume 
• People who love helping others and support the needs of guests and employees
• Individuals with a passion and excitement about Canada’s Wonderland
• Availability to work during our Winterfest event; shifts include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
