The purpose of the position is to oversee operations in Guest Relations and Rentals for Hurricane Harbor. This person will directly supervise Guest Relations and Rentals Leads and Team Members and reports directly to the Hurricane Harbor Park Supervisor and Hurricane Harbor Fulltime Manager.

- Handling Guest compliments and concerns
- Issuing and responding to Guest issues in computer-based programs
- Operation of the Communication’s Base
- Keeping hourly Guest counts
- Controlling Lost & Found.
- Administrative duties, include filing, copying, ordering supplies, answering heavy phone lines, and responding to web comments via email, letter, or phone.
- Operation of the Rentals Department, including inner tubes and cabanas, operation of air compressor, operation of cash registers, cash handling, inner tube and cabana maintenance.
- Overseeing the Main Gate including taking tickets, operation of hand scanners, ensuring Guest compliance with park policies and smooth operation, and monitor staff performance and development.

- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Must have a valid CA Driver’s License.
- Have computer proficiency with knowledge of Windows based products.
- Must have prior guest service experience.
- Previous supervisory/leadership experience within Guest Relations and Rentals is a plus, but not a requirement
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently standing, talking, stooping, walking, doing repetitive motions, reaching, using finger movement, grasping, speaking clearly, hearing conversation/acuity, seeing near and far, depth perception and color vision.
- Occasionally sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, bending, crawling, and feeling.
- Constantly working in extreme heat, sun, and temperature change and frequently working in humidity.
- Occasionally working in extreme cold weather, wetness, confined spaces, heights, noises over 89 decibels, working around intense vibration, fumes, dust, mists, gases, caustic chemicals, and allergenic materials.
- Occasionally using respirator/breathing device, eye protection, hearing protection, and head covering.
- Lifting and carrying should not exceed 30 pounds. All lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of weight requires assistance from a co-worker or use of a mechanical device, such as a dolly/hand truck.
- Overtime of adults may be required from time to time in order to accommodate the business need.
