In-Park Revenue Warehouse Lead Hurricane Harbor Splashtown

The WarehouseLeadis responsible forsupportingdailywarehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. This role ensuresaccurateinventory management,maintainsa safe and organized work environment, andassistsin meeting operational goals.This role provides leadership to team members, fostering a positive and efficient work environment whilemaintainingoperational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Inventory Management

• Conduct regular cycle counts andassistwith physical inventory audits.

• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or shortages promptly.

• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of inventory to minimize loss and damage.

Receiving & Shipping

• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and inspect for damage.

• Prepare and package outgoing orders according to company standards.

Warehouse Organization

• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.

• Operate equipment safely.

Documentation & Reporting

• Complete all required paperwork and system updates accurately and on time.

• Communicate inventory issues to supervisors andassistin resolving discrepancies.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Report hazards or unsafe conditionsimmediately.

• Leadership & Team Management– Ability to motivate, coach, and manage staff effectively.

• Communication– Strong verbal and written communication for clear coordination with team and management.

• Guest Service– Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

MinimumRequirements 

• At least 16years of age or older.

• Work in varied weather conditions.

• MustobtainandmaintainServSafeFood HandlersCertification.

• Must be willing towork ona flexible schedule, including nights,weekends,and holidays. 

• Black slip- resistant shoesrequired
