The Food & Beverage Sanitation Supervisor ensures the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness across food and beverage areasThe role supports peak operational periods,maintainscompliance with industry regulations, and fosters clear communication among team members, leads, co-supervisors, andseniormanagement.


Responsibilities:
  • Executedaily and weekly sanitation audits to uphold cleanliness and food safety standards.
  • Mentor and coachteam members, delivering guidance on proper sanitation practices.
  • AdministerServSafecertification for Seasonals.
  • SupportFood and Beverage operations during peak business days andspecial eventsto ensure efficiency.
  • Develop andmaintainweekly reports aligned with Six Flags Safety Culture and Diversey standards.
  • Compile and presentweekly recap reports to the Manager of In-Park Revenue, including process improvement recommendations.
  • Participatein meetings with the Regional Chef to review health and sanitation audits.
  • Identifyand reportmaintenance concerns that couldimpactfood or personal safety.
  • Serve as a liaison with the park’s Public Safety Department to address safety issues related to food and beverage operations.
  • Ensuretimelyresolution of safety audit findings in collaboration with the team.
  • Coordinatewith third-party inspectors and the Department of Health during audits and inspections.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by engaging with guests, answering questions, andaidingin line with Six Flags standards.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly.

  • Basic financial acumen and operationalexpertise.

MinimumRequirements 

  • At least 18 years of age or older.
  • Possess Valid Driver’s License.
  • Work in varied weather conditions.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience including theme park or water park management, ability to manage multi-units. Abilityto manage multiple projects simultaneously,maintainingattention to detail while meeting deadlines andobjectives.
  • Proficient in computerabilitiesincluding Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively follow-up to ensure all issues are correctedin a timelymanner,and all safe service standards are being met.
  • Required to obtain and maintainServ SafeManagerCertification.
  • Required to obtain andmaintainTexas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) server/seller certification.  
  • Must be willing towork ona varied schedule, including extended shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
