Req ID 30323The Bartender Supervisoris responsible fordirecting all bar operations. This position provides leadership to Bartender Leads and Team Members, fostering an efficient and professional work environment. The Supervisor ensures consistent communication across all levels, including team members, leads, co-supervisors, and full-time management, to support operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations across multiple revenue locations, ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and service standards.Ensuring compliance with company policies, Texas state, Federal and service standards.
- General knowledge of cocktail recipes, bar setup, and bar sanitation practices.
- Lead, train, and mentor Bartender Leads and Team Members tomaintainhigh performance and morale.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering processes, and reduce waste.
- Ensure proper cash handling andaccuratePOS transactions.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements and promotional initiatives.
- Safeguard all assets, including equipment and merchandise.
- Consistently uphold the company’s service mantra of friendly, clean, fast, safe service.
- Ensure that all safety goals arereached;Safety Audits are turned in and that all Safety Guidelines are followed.
- Prepare and review shift reports, staffing schedules, and performance metrics.
- Support revenue goals through efficient operations and cost control.

Technical Skills

- Inventory Management– Knowledge of stock control and minimalmathematicsskillsfor weekly inventory counts.
- Compliance Knowledge– Understanding health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
MinimumRequirements
- At least 18 years of age or older.
- Work in varied weather conditions.
- Required to obtain andmaintainTexas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) server/seller certification.
- MustobtainandmaintainServSafeFood HandlersCertification.
- Must be willing towork ona flexible schedule, including nights,weekends,and holidays.
