Support the Chef Manager in overseeing culinary operations for catering, in-park dining locations, and the Cornerstone Café while ensuring high-quality food, efficient operations, and exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Chef Manager in managing daily culinary operations across catering and park dining locations
- Supervise, train, and coach kitchen staff to ensure consistency, efficiency, and teamwork
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and food safety standards are consistently met
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with menu development and recipe creation
- Assist with catering execution and monitor kitchen operations to ensure productivity and service excellence

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proficiency with kitchen equipment and relevant software
- Physical stamina and endurance to perform multiple tasks throughout the day
