Assist guests with their needs and questions, ensuring they have a fantastic and hassle-free visit.
Availability Requirements:
- September: Minimum1 day per week(operatingSaturday nights and Sundays)
- October:Required 1 day per week(operating Saturday nights)
- Must be available to work 6 out of 9 weekendsbetweenSeptember 6 and November 1
WAGE: $18 / hour
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information.
- Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly.
- Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experience.
- Keep guest service areas clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle payment terminals and operate a point-of-sale system (training provided)
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Friendly and helpful demeanor
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
