WAGE: $19.00 / hour (Age 18+)
Deliver exceptional catered event experiences by leading food and beverage setup, service, and staff coordination to ensure every gathering is executed smoothly and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Set-up buffet service, prepare, and serve food and beverage according to Banquet Event Order specifications
- Assess on hand inventories and prepare orders for upcoming events, report inventories on a weekly basis
- Schedule staff according to event needs, manage break plans and timecards accordingly.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with company and health department standards
- Train and coach catering staff in order to ensure exemplary event execution and guest service
Qualifications:
- Previous food service experience required, catering or event experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and follow food safety guidelines and pass ServSafe and ServSafe Alcohol courses (training provided)
- Good customer service, communication, and delegation skills
- Ability to handle event management and follow designated timelines
- Attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
