Manage and maintain housing facilities, including front desk check-in and shuttle driving, to create a comfortable and enjoyable living environment for international associates.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk check-in and check-out procedures.
- Drive shuttles to transport associates safely.
- Maintain housing facilities and address maintenance issues.
- Enforce housing policies and ensure a safe living environment.
- Assist with housing assignments and roommate coordination.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Basic maintenance and repair skills
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Comfortable working with associated from diverse backgrounds who have different values or not be native English speakers
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
