Responsibilities:

Hotel Guest Services - $14.25/hour

  • Get hands-on experience in hotel housekeeping operations, including cleaning, inspecting and supervising.
  • Learn how to manage the upkeep of hotel facilities to keep everything in top shape.
  • Operate and maintain indoor and outdoor equipment used in hotel maintenance.
  • Learn the proper use of machines that are used both indoors and outdoors.
  • Assist in resolving in-room guest issues and help maintain outdoor areas like walkways and landscaping.

  • Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown for a variety of catering functions.
  • Monitor labor usage and staffing levels during events.
  • Mentor and support team members during event operations.
  • Help generate and manage weekly banquet event orders (BEOs).

Guest Experience: Park Operations - $13/hour

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be attending an accredited college or university
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs
  • Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law
  • Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law
