Responsibilities:

Resort Restaurant Auditor (Must be at least 21 years old) - Resort Food & Beverage

Preferred Majors: Culinary, Food Safety, Hospitality, Tourism and Event Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management, and Operations Management.

In this hands-on role, you’ll visit various restaurant locations to conduct audits across several operational areas, including training and certifications, alcohol service and brand standards, health and food safety, and financial compliance. You may also assist teams during peak business hours to gain deeper insight into daily operations.

Food & Beverage Analyst Internship – In-Park Food & Beverage

Preferred Majors: Business Analytics, Business ManagementHospitality ManagementFinance

As a Food & Beverage Analyst, you will support operational excellence by conducting daily audits across more than 70 food and beverage locations.   • Perform undercover audits to evaluate operational procedures and guest service interactions

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be attending an accredited college or university
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs
  • Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law
  • Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law
