WHAT WE PROVIDE:
This a Part-Time with benefits position at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities:
As the Operations Clerk, you will provide administrative support for the Operations division. This includes tracking procurement via requisition orders and processing payments through purchase orders; to ensure the team has the resources they need to provide an exceptional guest experience.
- Manages division expense tracking; ensures payment via purchase orders in Oracle and coordination with Finance Division
- Procurement of operating supplies for operational and administrative locations
- Coordinates third party vendor calls for service, tracks work order status and process invoices for payment
- Work with the maintenance division by submitting and tracking work orders in Maximo
- Support Operations Base with proper record management, tracking and retention
- Conducts initial division screening of applicants for mid-tier positions, as well as schedules follow-up interviews, as needed
- Processes Operations Division administrative transfers, payrate adjustments, promotions and terminations in Dayforce - Human Resources’ web-based platform
- May assist with scheduling, mainly with a focus on Work Crew, Leadership and Full-Time schedules.
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Serve as a Liaison between vendors and management
- Maintains Division Leadership schedule
- Misc. office duties, including but not limited to answering phones, receiving or sending out mail, corresponding via e-mail, filing, light cleaning and other duties
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- A valid State Driver’s License and be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Leadership experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical and time management skills.
- Must be positive, creative, outgoing, detail oriented, self-motivated and lead by example.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft applications, similar reporting tools and able to maintain written records.
