WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As the HR Administration Supervisor, you will lead the Administration Team within the HR Department, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of employee data and documentation processes while supporting operational HR functions. You’ll be at the center of behind-the-scenes work that keeps our team members taken care of—from managing records and leaves to overseeing trades and perks that reward our team. Your role helps drive employee satisfaction and operational integrity across the park.

HOW YOU WILL DO IT:

  • Supervise the daily work of the Administration Team, providing direction and support to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage the processing of team member records in the HRIS system, including terminations, transfers, job changes, and corrections.
  • Oversee the submission and response of unemployment insurance (UI) claims.
  • Coordinate and track requests for reasonable accommodations and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
  • Process Leave of Absence (LOA) requests, maintaining documentation and communication with team members and leaders.
  • Review, submit, and track HR purchase requests, working with internal procurement and vendors.
  • Oversee the Barter/Trade program with external partners to provide non-cash incentives and rewards for team members.
  • Fulfill and track requests for complimentary team member tickets and monitor usage to ensure accountability.
  • Schedule and manage in-person orientation sessions, ensuring timely communication with new hires and accurate coordination of schedules.
  • Notify departments when team members have completed orientation and are ready for departmental training.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for system-related employee updates and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support Human Resources goals and maintain excellent service standards.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Current valid Driver's License required
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (UKG/UltiPro, Workday, ADP, or similar).
  • Knowledge of basic employment laws (e.g., ADA, FMLA, UI processes).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly.

OTHER NOTES:

  • All other duties as assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
  • Reports to Manager, Human Resources.
