Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll take the lead in keeping our food stands and catering events operating smoothly and efficiently. From serving up smiles at our everyday dining locations to pulling off unforgettable catered celebrations, you'll be at the heart of it all. Your attention to detail, commitment to quality, and hands-on leadership will ensure our guests enjoy great food, fast service, and an experience they won’t forget. Every shift you lead helps keep our park running strong and our guests coming back for more.
Qualifications:
HOW YOU WILL DO IT:
- Supervise day-to-day operations across food stands, restaurants, and catered venues to ensure service excellence
- Lead, train, and support team members including supervisors, leads, and hourly staff in both F&B and catering areas
- Ensure all food offerings meet company standards for presentation, temperature, and quality
- Oversee catered events such as company picnics, private rentals, and VIP activations, ensuring smooth coordination and guest satisfaction
- Partner with Culinary and Events teams to plan, execute, and review large-scale functions and seasonal activations
- Maintain labor efficiency and cost control through effective scheduling, productivity tracking, and inventory management
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation compliance, including audits and health department standards
- Support cash handling and revenue control procedures, ensuring accuracy and accountability
- Conduct regular walkthroughs and inspections to ensure cleanliness and guest readiness
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Work cross-functionally with departments such as Events, Culinary, Facilities, and HR to support park-wide goals
- Analyze performance metrics to improve guest satisfaction, team efficiency, and financial targets
- Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive team culture aligned with Six Flags values
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage or Catering management, preferably in a high-volume or multi-unit setting
- Proven ability to manage both operational execution and team leadership across different locations
- Experience coordinating catered events or large-scale food service functions
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), POS systems, and AS400 or similar platforms
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by park operations
- Excellent communication, customer service, and team development skills
- Valid Driver’s License and ServSafe Alcohol Certification
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass required background and drug screenings per company policy
