Responsibilities:

As a Fiberglass Technician, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining and restoring ride vehicles, scenic elements, and themed structures that bring the park experience to life. Your craftsmanship will help ensure attractions remain visually impressive, structurally sound, and safe for our guests. From repairs and refinishing to custom fabrication, you’ll work hands-on in a fast-paced environment where quality and safety matter every day.

HOW YOU WILL DO IT

  • Repair, fabricate, and restore fiberglass components on ride vehicles, props, and themed structures
  • Perform surface prep, sanding, molding, laminating, and resin applications
  • Match colors, textures, and finishes for seamless repairs and cosmetic restoration
  • Inspect fiberglass structures for damage, wear, or safety concerns
  • Use power tools, hand tools, and fiberglass materials safely and efficiently
  • Collaborate with Maintenance, Ride, and Entertainment teams as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area

Qualifications:
  • Experience working with fiberglass repair and fabrication
  • Knowledge of resins, fillers, molds, sanding, and finishing techniques
  • Ability to safely operate power tools and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and maintenance procedures
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Availability for weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed

OTHER NOTES

  • All other duties as assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
  • Reports to Maintenance Leadership.
