What You Will Be Doing

• Adhere to all policies pertaining to the Six Flags Mantra of providing Friendly, Clean, Fast and Safe Guest Service to positively impact the Guest experience

How You Will Do It

• Plan and perform the production of fudge and other sweet treats while preserving excellence, quality, and appearance
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and safe production space, and storing food properly and safely, marking date and time
• Track and record inventory damages and product fulfillment requests
• Operate registers, ringing up everything from souvenir mugs to apparel to fudge
• Strong attention to detail to keep countertops and displays clean, looking great, and stocked with treats
• Ability to work in an environment as fast-paced as our coasters
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to the Six Flags Mantra

What You Will Need

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to occasionally lift and carry boxes/bags up to 30lbs, and push/pull handcarts

• Ability to use knives in a safe manner
• Basic computer literacy and mathematical skills, ability to fill out paperwork legibly
• Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shift
• Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, up to 32 hours a week
