What You Will Be Doing

• Comply with all Six Flags policies and procedures
• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware, and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine, then sort and stack clean dishes
• Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand
• Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions
• Other duties as assigned by management

How You Will Do It

• Assemble/disassemble dish machine
• Wipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry
• Notify Manager anytime dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures
• Never touch dirty dishes before touching clean dishes without washing hands first
• Clean dish machine, inside and outside, pot sinks and surrounding areas including garbage disposals
• Remove trash and garbage to dumpster
• General cleanup of kitchen as directed by management
• Clean and roll/unroll mats, clean all tables, sinks, and counters throughout kitchen area

What You Will Need

• Must be 18 or over
• Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
• For safety purposes, the individual must be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
• Be available to work flexible hours at nights and on weekends within the limits of applicable Federal, State and facility labor laws and guidelines
• Must be a friendly and outgoing team player
