This is a supervisor-level part-time position at Six Flags Hurricane Harbor, Oklahoma City, OK. Responsibilities:

As a key member of the Employee Service Office (ESO), you’ll be at the heart of creating a positive work experience for every team member in the park. From resolving day-to-day concerns to celebrating outstanding team performance, your role is all about supporting our people and fostering a welcoming, respectful, and fun work culture. You’ll be the go-to person for answering questions, solving issues, and helping team members feel heard and valued. You’ll support core HR functions, help maintain organization across multiple platforms, and contribute to a safe, smooth, and enjoyable working environment for everyone. 

This is more than just a desk job — it’s a hands-on opportunity to connect with people, build trust, and make sure every team member feels supported from clock-in to clock-out. 

HOW YOU WILL DO IT

  • Provide hands-on supportby resolving employee questions, concerns, and issues with care and professionalism 
  • Utilize HR systems such asICIMS, Equifax, and UKGto manage team member information accurately and efficiently 
  • Be the first friendly voicewhen answering calls, offering courteous and prompt assistance 
  • Track and counselteam members on attendance, punctuality, and company policies 
  • Be a role model by enforcing Grooming, Guest First, and Safety Standards
  • Pitch in with other HR areas like Employment & Recruiting, Admin, and Wardrobe
  • Keep employee files up to date and organized throughelectronic filing
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming Employee Service Office environment
  • Take on other tasksas needed to help support the team and park operations 

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Able to work up to 30+ hours per week
  • Comfortable working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays 
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and passionate about helping others 
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills 
  • Self-starter who manages time well and follows up consistently 
  • Willingness tolearn HR procedures and systemsquickly 
  • Able to coach and engage with team members of all ages

OTHER NOTES

  • Reports to the Human Resource Manager  
  • All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole
