As a key member of the Employee Service Office (ESO), you’ll be at the heart of creating a positive work experience for every team member in the park. From resolving day-to-day concerns to celebrating outstanding team performance, your role is all about supporting our people and fostering a welcoming, respectful, and fun work culture. You’ll be the go-to person for answering questions, solving issues, and helping team members feel heard and valued. You’ll support core HR functions, help maintain organization across multiple platforms, and contribute to a safe, smooth, and enjoyable working environment for everyone.

HOW YOU WILL DO IT
- Provide hands-on supportby resolving employee questions, concerns, and issues with care and professionalism
- Utilize HR systems such asICIMS, Equifax, and UKGto manage team member information accurately and efficiently
- Be the first friendly voicewhen answering calls, offering courteous and prompt assistance
- Track and counselteam members on attendance, punctuality, and company policies
- Be a role model by enforcing Grooming, Guest First, and Safety Standards
- Pitch in with other HR areas like Employment & Recruiting, Admin, and Wardrobe
- Keep employee files up to date and organized throughelectronic filing
- Maintain a clean and welcoming Employee Service Office environment
- Take on other tasksas needed to help support the team and park operations
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to work up to 30+ hours per week
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and passionate about helping others
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Self-starter who manages time well and follows up consistently
- Willingness tolearn HR procedures and systemsquickly
- Able to coach and engage with team members of all ages
