Responsibilities:
- Assists the full-time management staff in the overall daily operation of the Merchandise Department.
- Trains and coaches merchandise associates in departmental standards.
- Keeps accurate records and documentation for daily operation.
- Collaborates with department leadership to create compelling displays.
- Models ideal associate behavior including:
- Interacting with all guests with a positive attitude
- Professional appearance and adherence to dress code
- Processing register transactions accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring locations are fully stocked and visually appealing
Qualifications:
- Retail supervision/management experience preferred
- A genuine interest in making people feel welcome using your smile and positive nature.
