In this role, you'll support group sales programs, coordinate on-site logistics for group and sponsorship events, and assist with ticketing and guest service needs. From pre-event planning to on-site coordination and post-visit follow-up, you’ll play a key role in ensuring group clients and partners enjoy seamless, high-quality service during their time at the park.

Qualifications:
• Support Youth and Corporate Sales teams by assisting with group reservations, guest communications, and post-event follow-up, including invoicing and surveys.
• Serve as the main contact for internal teams and external partners regarding operational needs related to group events and sponsorships.
• Respond to incoming sales and service calls, providing accurate product information and offering relevant upsell opportunities.
• Review and distribute internal communications (such as park planners and memos) to ensure operational teams have up-to-date event details.
• Assist in resolving group guest concerns with professionalism and a commitment to exceptional service.
• Help execute youth, corporate, and sponsored events on-site as needed.
• Support training and coordination of seasonal sales assistants or event staff.
