Produce and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipe specifications and standards.
- Operate registers and verify required identification for guest to whom alcohol is being served per state law.
- Complete mandatory ServSafe Food Handler and ServSafe Alcohol Training.
- Work collaboratively in a team setting and independently.
- Greet and serve guests in a prompt, friendly, courteous manner using suggestive selling techniques.
