Position Summary:

The Specialist, Sales Solutions will assist in the creation of corporate sales collateral, research, packaging and other materials used by the sales team in their presentations to prospective partners. This position will also support the prospecting and lead generation efforts to achieve revenue targets.


Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to develop holistic and strategic solutions that meet the brand’s objectives
  • Work with stakeholders to gather valuable insights and craft engaging, data-driven narratives for sales
  • Collect information from third party vendors and other sponsorship analytics to be used in proposals
  • Develop sales enablement tools including client proposals, term sheets, prospecting sheets, thought starter documents, decks, competitive differentiation, etc.
  • Track and manage projects throughout the process from ideation to completion and gather proof-of-performance highlights for partner recaps
  • Continuously update team organizational tools to ensure resources are accessible and efficiently leveraged by sales
  • Work with internal creative teams to maintain brand standards and develop compelling proposals

Qualifications:

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Bachelor'sdegree in Sales, Marketing or related
  • Instructional Design or comparable certification (such as ID Cert with ATD)
  • 2-4years ofexperience in similar field
