Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operations of associate housing facilities to ensure smooth functioning.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to resident inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards.
- Support move-in and move-out processes, including room assignments and key distribution.
- Enforce housing policies and assist with conflict resolution when necessary.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams for timely issue resolution.
- Plan and support community-building activities and events to enhance resident engagement.
