Req ID 33752Joining our Maintenance Team means helping keep the park operating safely and efficiently by ensuring accurate maintenance records and documentation.
As a Seasonal Maintenance Records Specialist, you will support the Maintenance Department by maintaining accurate records within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This role is primarily administrative and data-focused, ensuring work orders, preventive maintenance records, equipment information, and documentation are complete, organized, and up to date.

Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain maintenance records within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Accurately input work orders, preventive maintenance activities, equipment information, and asset records.
- Review maintenance documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Organize, scan, and maintain electronic maintenance files and records.
- Update equipment, asset, and location information as needed.
- Assist with maintaining inventory and parts records within maintenance systems.
- Research and resolve data discrepancies by working with maintenance supervisors and technicians.
- Generate routine reports and documentation for department leadership.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of maintenance information.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned in support of the Maintenance Department.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new software systems.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to accurately enter and manage large volumes of information.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support park operations.
