Applicants must be 18 years of age or older for this position. 

Joining our Associate Housing Team as a Custodian means helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for our seasonal associates. You’ll play a key role in ensuring housing facilities meet cleanliness and sanitation standards while supporting the overall housing experience.

• Clean and sanitize common areas and resident rooms to maintain high standards of hygiene.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to resident inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Perform routine custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
• Restock supplies such as paper products and cleaning materials in designated areas.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housing management team promptly.
• Assist with move-in and move-out cleaning to prepare rooms for new residents.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a healthy living environment.
• Collaborate with housing and maintenance teams for efficient operations.
