Overview:

$16 per hour*

The Worlds of Fun Workforce Management Coordinatorwill primarily be responsible forbeing the main point of contact for employee inquiries in the scheduling office, as well ascoordinating employee schedulesand information within the FUNtime scheduling system

Specific duties may include:

  • Delivering a high level of employee service for employees with scheduling concerns both in person and over the phone.
  • Documentingand notifying departments of employeecall offs and sick time usage.
  • Assistingemployees with FUNtime, UKG pro, and App questions.
  • Revisingdaily departmentschedules due to staffing changes, labor shortages, or other interruptions.
  • Compiling information, such as open shift reports, staffing details, or associate data.
  • Communicating effectively with departments and team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assisting in Employment and Human Resources duties, as needed.
  • Maintaining a well-organized and professional office environment.
  • Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by the Workforce Management Specialist and Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

*this is a SEASONAL hourly position with a tier-based starting pay based on proficiency and other factors*
