Req ID 33111Six Flags Great Adventure is looking for a Seasonal Public Safety Lost Parents Team Member. The Lost Parents
Team Member will be responsible for assisting with coordinating the reuniting process of lost children in the
park with an emphasis on record keeping, employee development, and guest experience. The Lost Parents Team
Member is responsible for documenting and notifying appropriate personnel when a lost child enters the
building. All aspects of the position require a high level of integrity and confidentiality while maintaining a safe
and secure environment, ensuring all policies and procedures are abided by. This position reports to the Public
Safety Seasonal Lead Supervisor, Seasonal Shift Supervisor, Seasonal Senior Supervisor, and the Full Time Public
Safety Security Manager.
Responsibilities:
◦ Must be able to effectively utilize a computer and a phone.
◦ Keeping up to date and accurate records on a daily basis.
◦ Able to accurately use a radio to communicate with security and department management.
◦ Answer questions about products and services relating to various areas of the park.
◦ Provide clear direction to guests to ensure efficient entry into the park.
◦ Achieve high standards of performance for all areas within their responsibilities
◦ Ensure a safe and clean work area
◦ Maintain proper attendance and timelines
◦ Maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality while maintaining a safe and secure
environment
◦ Cooperate with all Team Members and Supervisors
◦ Complete all tasks as requested by Six Flags Public Safety Management Team.
◦ Confidentiality and integrity of information disclosed, accidentally discovered or communicated with or
without specific instructions to do so concerning guests, employees, vendors, lessees and all other
customers.

o Remain calm in emergency situations
What You Will Need
o Must be 18 years or older
o Able to lift, carry, and balance heavy loads
o Physical qualifications to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shift
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
