Painter- Full Time- $24/HR

We are looking for someone to join our Painter Team! Our painters are responsible for painting and maintaining all interior and exterior structures throughout the park.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Paint offices, buildings, rides, handrails, fences, safety lines, etc. throughout the park
• Mix and match paint colors
• Knowledge in use of a striping machine
• Prepare surfaces to be painted by sanding, drywall taping, scraping/water blasting (power scraping)
• Keep a daily duty lof of maintenance work performed as well as accurate records of preventative maintenance
• Comply with environmental laws in proper storage and disposal of paint and chemicals
• Comply with all department and company safety policies; wear appropriate safety equipment as required

Skills and Qualifications

• Should possess high school diploma or equivalent
• Should possess knowledge of conventional and airless spray equipment
• Must possess the physical dexterity to operate hand tools and motor vehicles
• Must be able to use various types of safety and emergency equipment, including respirators and safety harnesses
• Must be able to work at heights in excess of 150 feet, crawling, and working in confined spaces and lifiting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work varied shifts, includings nights, weekends and holidays 
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must possess a valid drivers license
