- Monitor Team Member work activity to ensure the daily success of Food and Beverage locations.
- Focusing on Guest Service and creating a positive work environment.
- Assure profitability in assigned sections by closely monitoring inventory and portion controls
- Adhere and uphold ALL DEPARTMENT GROOMING, SAFETY and CASH HANDLING PROCEDURES.
- Ability to monitor and positively interact with Team Member and Guests.
- Support the company mantra; Friendly, Clean, Fast, Safe Service.
- Maintain a neat, and well organized location.
- Ensure all safety equipment is being used properly
- Perform all other duties assigned by Managerial Supervisor and Senior Leadership Team.
Qualifications
- Previous Culinary Experience
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Must be available to work most operating days and 1-2 work crew days during weekend operation
- Food Handler Card
- Servsafe Manager Preferred
