Req ID 31547Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Rockford is looking for self-motivated, outgoing, professional leaders. This position oversees andis responsible formanaging the park’s warehouse operations. Guest first service is expected and is to be championed throughout the department. The position requires ensuring a specific location can achieve financial and service goals by having all necessaryproducteach day. Responsibilities include working with the IPS team to ensure units are restocked daily with items needed for a successful operation. Management mustmaintaina clean, organized work area by effectivelyoperatingtheir units to meet service standards. Training to respective team members should continuously occur throughout the season. This position requires someone who is a self-starter and initiates projects without constant supervision. The pay for the position is $17 an hour and runs from May through September.
Responsibilities:
- In-Park Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe work environment and aid in the elimination of hazards
- Unload, count, inspect for damages/shortages, properly sign for, notify requestor, and record all receiving paperwork
- Follow and record all inventory control functions including damages and transferson a daily basis
- Investigate any recorded items that are showing a negative quantityon-hand
- Inspect any new merchandise for damages before receiving in the inventory tracking system
- Physically transfer any items that are needed from the warehouse to Food Units or the Retail Store
- Ensure all product all items are being rotated correctly to minimize waste and control Cost of Goods
- Properly waste all items that have expired or have been damaged
- Assist the IPS Manager with weekly orders to meet demand for the week
- Input all weekly transfers and waste before posting weekly inventory counts in the inventory tracking system
- Investigate any discrepancies with inventory to ensure counts are properly completed
- Ensure all team members are correctly using EAS and are following EAS policiesregardingaccurateclock in/out times and break guidelines
- Assistin facilitating rehire/new hire department training sessions
- Provide corrective action as needed, train and provide feedback to team members
- Assistin the units as necessary to ensure operations run smoothly

Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be available weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Must be professional, self-motivated, and have an enthusiastic attitude
- Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
- Able to be self-motivated and work independently with littleassistance
- Must be able to stand and walk for up to 6 hours at a time
