In-Park Duties and Responsibilities
- Interact and support guests, fellow team members, and management on a daily basis.
- Transport, prepare, cook, assemble, and serve various food items.
- Use proper food equipment to perform necessary tasks.
- Perform all necessary tasks to successfully open and close down a variety of food and beverage locations.
- Follow the proper standard operating procedures while completing transactions on the POS register.
- Provide world-class customer service by being friendly, clean, fast, and safe.
- Upsell the Drink Bottle to every guest and suggest complimentary food items to guests making purchases.
- Comply and follow all Food and Drug Administration and local Health department guidelines regarding food preparation.
- Maintain a safe, sanitary, organized, and clean work environment.
- Report to work as scheduled, adhere to the companies’ attendance, and break policies.
- 21+ must be willing to sell and serve alcohol.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by management as business dictates.

- Maintain proper grooming and uniform guidelines at all times.
- Follow and enforce all park policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner at all times.
- Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with Guest, other Team Members, and leadership.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, while paying close attention to details.
- Use efficient time management to complete required tasks and projects.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Must be available weekends and evenings depending on the needs of the business.
- Must be professional, self-motivated, and have an enthusiastic attitude.
- Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others.
- Able to be self-motivated and work independently with little assistance.
- Must be able to stand and walk for up to 6 hours at a time.
- Must provide valid food handlers certification or complete course upon hiring. 21+ must complete BASSETT training.
