Overview:

Campaign Setup Data Analyst works with internal teams, regional park marketing, and outside agencies and vendors to manage

incoming data feeds of transactional and behavioral data into the CDP. In house “data science” expert who understands guest

data across all types of admission products and hotel properties. Create target segments/audiences to further drive conversion

and increase share of wallet, laddering up to Six Flags revenue targets. Assists in match-back reporting to demonstrate efficacy

of campaign builds, sales attribution, and marketing initiatives.


Responsibilities:
  • Build customer segments and models to reach target audience in CDP for outbound distribution through native Mobile App, SMS, email and direct mail.
  • Develop campaign workflows within CDP or other primary campaign management platform and executes campaign data verification.
  • Provide data targets and suppression files to 3rd party and media agency partners
  • Actively manages and monitors guest contact management rules and guidelines through development and maintenance of guest communication reports and audit reports of opt-out compliance.
  • Central point of contact from marketing supporting guest privacy and managing compliance request in OneTrust or similar platform
  • Acts as primary liaison between marketing, IT and third party vendors regarding data quality, maintenance and enhancements to the consolidated CRM data warehouse. Offer suggestions to streamline processes in data management.

Qualifications:

Required:

High School Diploma or GED / Data Science or Data Analysis 

2-4 years of similar experience.

College or Masters Degree Preferred.
