The Analyst will assist with the collection and interpretation of complex labor data to create actionable results that will improve company processes. This individual must take large amounts of information, break it down into useful and manageable parts, and subsequently present their findings to Workforce Management team members to help implement strategic plans of action.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the ongoing collection, organization, and deciphering of data within labor systems.
- Assist with report development for data needs and WFM projects.
- Seek to identify trends and patterns throughout the labor data to find strengths and weaknesses. Present findings to the WFM team members.
- Assist with maintaining, updating, and editing workforce management software.
- Work cross functionally with BI Analysts to assist with data reconciliation between WFM and Business Intelligence systems.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Accounting, Mathematics, Data Science, or Statistics
- Experience with data and/or labor analysis in hospitality or related industry; proficiency in Microsoft Suite skills, especially in Excel and MS QSL, and works well independently or can equally excel as a collaborator with a team.
- High attention to detail, can communicate clearly and effectively in both speaking and writing, experience in writing, reading, and interpreting data models, critical thinking skills, organized and efficient.
