Req ID LEADR013994Summary: Assists seasonal supervisor and clerks in stocking, cleaning, and attending to day-to-day responsibilities which assure efficient and appealing store function. This position is accountable for delivering a superior Guest experience, while enforcing all park policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Opening and/or closing stores
Handling voids and minor customer issues
Assisting or directing others in store and display setup and maintenance as needed
Operating cash register with reasonable accuracy and efficiency
Performing sales and customer service functions
Maintaining a neat, friendly, and pleasant demeanor
Maintaining a clean and safe sales area and work environment
Communicating effectively with team members, fellow leads, and supervisors
Stocking bins, shelves, and displays with merchandise
Enforcing all Six Flags policies
Assisting in other areas of the Retail Department
Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
Cash handling departments may be required to pass a math test
Good communication skills/ reading and writing skills
Ability to learn to effectively and accurately handle cash
Ability to learn to stock and display merchandise
Be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
