Six Flags America Entertainment Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Entertainment DJ to join our team for the upcoming season. As an Entertainment DJ, you will be responsible for creating an energetic and engaging atmosphere through music for our guests and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Mix and play music appropriate for various areas of the park, including but not limited to, park venues, rides, and special events.
- Interact with guests and take song requests while maintaining a fun and friendly demeanor.
- Ensure that all music played adheres to the park's standards and guidelines.
- Set up and operate your own DJ equipment, including monitors, mixer, and laptop.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any technical issues promptly.
- Emcee special events and speaking host to various programming
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a DJ preferred.
• Must have your own DJ equipment, including music library, mixer, and laptop.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing music preferences.
• Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
