The purpose of this position is to proactively maintain a safe, clean environment for our guests. Duties include management of team members, cleaning of grounds, restrooms, disposal of trash, assisting guest and giving directions and park information, as needed, in a friendly manner.

Responsibilities:
- Train team on the use of all Park Services equipment including compactors, pressure washers and various blowers.
- Perform periodic performance reviews with team members, leads, and supervisors.
- Responsible for washing and blowing midways in a timely and efficient manner.
- Lift, transport, push, and pull all trash and recyclables throughout park.
- Maintain paperwork documentation regarding inspection checklists, training checklists, and labor monitoring, including paperwork completed by Area Leads.
- Ensure guest and team member safety.
- Use chemicals and products in accordance with product label and MSDS standards.
- Responsible for the use and care of all equipment assigned.
- Conduct coaching/counseling sessions with Team Members, Leads, and Supervisors.
- Serve as a Park Guest Service Ambassador and work to resolve all guest concerns brought to your attention.
- Monitor team member demeanor and performance; reward, motivate, and/or reprimand as needed.
- Enforce all Six Flags policies and standards on a daily basis.
- Delegate tasks as deemed appropriate.
- Complete any and all task as requested by Six Flags Management.
- Work closely with 3rd party vendors.
- Serve as Department and Park Duty Manager as assigned.
Status: Fulltime, Exempt
Pay Range: Starting at $50,900 (based on experience & certification)
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years or older.
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation that supports an early morning shift start and/or late evening shift end.
- Must possess a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions while on foot for long periods of time.
- Exhibit demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Will be required to work various shifts as project and park needs dictate, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must have the ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, stoop, kneel and lift up to forty pounds occasionally.
