Responsibilities:
- Interact with Guests interested in renting cabanas, providing a welcoming and engaging experience.
- Clearly explain the different cabana rental levels, amenities, and pricing options.
- Operate the POS system, process various payment methods, upsell packages, and complete end-of-shift cashier responsibilities.
- Maintain the privacy and exclusivity of the cabana area, ensuring access is reserved for Guests with active rentals.
- Deliver food and beverage service to cabana Guests as needed.
- Provide attentive, timely service by proactively checking on Guests and responding quickly to requests.
- Ensure the cabana area remains clean, organized, and visually appealing throughout the day.
- Clean, sanitize, and reset cabanas promptly after Guests depart.
- Support overall park operations by completing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language.
- Be available to work flexible hours on days, at night, on holidays, and on weekends.
- Be available to assist in other areas such as Retail, Rental, or Attractions.
- Restaurant Server Experience is a plus.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in an environment as fast-paced as our coasters.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and guest service.
- Must react quickly in emergency situations.
- Must have a positive and outgoing attitude to make guests excited and to make all guests welcome to the cabana area.
