Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and update seasonal maintenance staff schedules according to management specifications.
  • Ensure all time and pay is approved in a timely manner within payroll timelines.
  • Input, create, and process purchase requests for maintenance department as needed.
  • Create, update, and maintain all ride bulletins, manuals, and Maintenance library.
  • Ensure that all contracts, indemnities, and other related documents are created, approved, signed, and filed as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be available for work on weekdays, since typical working schedule will be Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Optim8, Maximo, and Microsoft Project Manager a plus.
  • Must be able to walk through heavy construction sites to provide photo documentation.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and work well with others.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to drive passenger vehicles.
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
  • One year of park experience preferred.
