HHA Bartender

Provide a Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe environment through the operation of a full-service alcoholic beverage location.

SpecificDuties and Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for the park guestsin accordance withcompany, local, and federal guidelines
• Assess guestdemeanor andidentifywhen behavior should be called to the attention of leadership or security
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
• Verify through photo identification the legal drinking age of guests
• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
• Set up andmaintaincleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit,tablesand other tools
• Completeopening andclosing duties
• Transport supplies to bar set-up area
• Restock bar and liquorsupplies
• Create a warm, fun, atmosphere for guests
• Follow all company policies, including cash handling procedure
• Adhere tocompany sanitation procedures
• Follow all bar recipes to deliver a consistent product, control costs, and maximize guestsatisfaction

MinimumRequirements

• Must be at least 18years of age
• Previousbartending or food service experienceis a plus
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional
• Knowledge of cash handling proceduresrequired
• Friendly,outgoingand aggressive personality, along with excellent interpersonal skills
• Abilityto work quickly and efficiently
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Creative candidate that could work toward developing new themed drink concepts
• Must be willing to get TABC certification
