Req ID OPPOR013766Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks and daily functions of the Hurricane Harbor Office. The position
will serve as a resource to all Hurricane Harbor Departments and ensure the daily, weekly and monthly completion of office tasks as
communicated. Must exercise the Mantra – Friendly Clean, Fast, and Safe Service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Will oversee and verify the completion of schedules for all respective Hurricane Harbor Departments.
- Learn and be fully knowledgeable about the Six Flags Scheduling app. (Optim 8)
- Upkeep with the approval and decline of time off requests with office leadership.
- Oversee and be the main source for availability and department certification input.
- Oversee and check in with Hurricane Harbor hiring input (tracking, team member contacting, and training sign-up).
- Will be the main source of communication to Hurricane Harbor Upper Leadership for any scheduling, labor, or staffing
needs and input. - Provide administrative support for all Hurricane Harbor departments.
- Assists with all Employee questions and concerns.
- Ensure the correct documentation and input of corrective actions daily, weekly, and monthly for all respective
Hurricane Harbor Departments. - Be the leader of an administration team to complete administrative tasks.
- Oversee all team member coaching and corrective action are input correctly into Optim 8 daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Assist Senior Leadership in park purchasing and invoice upkeep.
- Will pull and communicate labor reports to Hurricane Harbor Human Resources and park Senior Leadership.
- Performs all other tasks and duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have at least one year of leadership experience.
- Must be willing to assist in other departments when requested.
- Must have good organizational skills and be able to communicate verbally with Guests and Team Members.
- Must be able to coordinate multiple job roles and responsibilities at one time.
- Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, meet aggressive deadlines, and make effective
decisions. - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, or maintain continuous movement for extended periods.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays, with varied shifts and hours.
- Must be willing to work independently, as part of a Team or leading of a team.
