• Assist with administration of company-wide policies, procedures, and practices in accordance withcorporate, federal and state requirements.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to learn about the different specialties in the Human Resources department.
• Work on specialized projectsin areas such as recruitment, training, and associate engagement / relations.
• Maintain special events calendar to promote a positive company culture.
