• Promote our safety culture through Personal Protective Equipment training, use, and maintenance.
• Ensure food handling compliance through temperature logs, daily checklists, and line checks
• Conduct daily checks to identify and address sanitation and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage and support existing food safety programs
